 Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email shortly after purchase.

 Shipping Time:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

  • We ship directly from our trusted global suppliers to cut down unnecessary costs — savings we pass on to you.

Note: During high volume periods (sales, holidays), some orders may take slightly longer. You’ll always be kept updated.

 Tracking Information:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email within 48 hours of dispatch.

  • Track your order anytime via 17track.net or your local postal service once in transit.

 

 

 Returns & Refunds Policy

Our goal is to make your shopping experience risk-free and satisfying. If you're not happy with your order, here's how we handle it:

 Eligible Returns:

  • You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer handling or wear.

 Refunds:

  • Once your return is approved and received (if required), a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • In most cases, return shipping is at the buyer’s cost, unless there was an error on our part.

 Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Delays due to courier or customs (as we do not control postal services)

  • Packages lost due to incorrect address input
